7. Lou Reed's TRANSFORMER was shocking when it appeared in the Seventies; now, it appears he practically wrote the "glam rock" catalog. Everybody knows "Walk on the Wild Side," but erotic anthems like "Andy's Chest" and the surprisingly gentle "(A) Perfect Day" now have classic status too. This CD is available at a surprisingly good price.
