He's quite obsessed with proving he can cut it alone, although his self-titled debut didn't move far from EPMD's trademarks: fat, crunching basslines, neatly inserted samples lifted mainly from Zapp, tight vocal edits, and Sermon's mush-mouthed, deadpan raps.

8. Erick Sermon No Pressure, is one of my favourite hip-hop albums from the 90s, i really like this one..I love Ericks (the rough neck from N.Y.C) laid back flow on this lp, with the killer chilled out old school beats and brilliant production too..I always find myself going back to this album .
